Edward Jones Advisors: Should You Change Firms?

In this video, I break down what I’ve learned from 10+ years in advisor recruiting—including helping 50+ Edward Jones advisors transition to a new firm.

Edward Jones is a fantastic organization with a powerful brand, strong culture, and industry-leading training. But as your practice grows, the “perfect fit” can start to feel like headwinds—limiting flexibility, capabilities, and even long-term career satisfaction.

If you’re exploring a move and want clarity on “feel, fit, and financials,” we can help.
